Comstock for Congress

"Sad but predictable, the Negative Attack Professionals have unleashed their venom on Barbara Comstock and it looks like they will continue until the nominating primary next Saturday, April 26.

I received a taped phone message on Saturday night and a mailing today from two of Barbara's opponents that are so distorted in their attacks on Barbara Comstock that I had to send you this email.

Please join me and so many others on Saturday April 26 and vote for Barbara Comstock to be our Republican nominee for Congress to replace our highly respected Frank Wolf who is retiring after 34 years of serving us so well. If you live in the Springfield or Sully precincts where Frank Wolf is our Congressman, we vote at Centreville High School, on Union Mill Road just south of the intersection with Braddock Road between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. next Saturday. Otherwise please check here to find out where you vote.

If you don't live in Frank Wolf's 10th congressional district, you probably know a good Republican who does. Please reach out to those folks and ask them to take the time to vote this Saturday. Barbara is the one candidate who is most likely to keep this seat in Republican hands but we have to nominae her first and then focus on the fall election. You can help them find where they vote here.

When someone as good as Barbara Comstock runs for Congress, it's sad that the response by many of her opponents is to throw innuendo, misrepresentation and mud knowing that their only chance to win is to destroy the front-runner.
More attacks will likely come in the mail and on the phone. These attack mongrels have no shame and distortion is their game so we will see and hear more from those who offer nothing but negative attacks and misrepresentation of the facts.

But don't be fooled! Barbara Comstock is the real thing -- a user friendly conservative who unites people and does not attack her opponents. Her record of voting to stop the expansion of Medicaid here in Virginia, to cut taxes and regulations, to protect our Right to Work laws, to defend traditional family values, and to actually create jobs is a record deserving our support.

Her opponents struggle to figure out how to win against such a good record. So we will surely hear and see more attacks leading up to the nominating primary next Saturday, April 26.
Barbara Comstock is truly a solid conservative who has gathered together a stellar group of endorsements from national and local leaders. These endorsements can be found on her campaign website here.

Every single time a straw poll has been taken where Barbara has debated her opponents she has overwhelmingly won getting more votes than her five opponents combined! She is really that good.
Join me in sending a strong message to the Professional Mud Slingers. Don't let these tactics take root here in our part of the state. Show up and vote for Barbara Comstock next Saturday.

Take the time to vote on Saturday, April 26th between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You need to go to this special location, not your normal voting place. In the Frank Wolf precints in Springfield and Sully are where you live, you can vote at Centreville High School.

Drive to the intersection of Braddock and Union Mill Road, and head sosuth on Union Mill. The high school is on your left and once you park the voting process will not take long. Otherwise find your voting place by going here and putting in your address.

Remember that elections are determined only by those who show up."
